This is a nice and solid jazz organ record.

It show very clearly how Earland plays right in the pocket. Very enjoyable jazz organ!

The drummer unfortunately can't hold back Earland during a few blues solos, and the result is the same as often happened when drummers couldn't reign in Jimmy Smith: The tempo is accelerating, as the organist is listening for the drums and the drummer is adjusting to the forward drive of the organist.

Thanks for sharing!
